I'm fairly sure all 3 services are on the same pay scales these days so it should be the same or similar to RAF crewman, scales are as follows:
Sgt: 30,180 - 34,024
FS: 34,048 - 39,851
MACR: 38,772 - 43,077
Flying pay
Initial rate: 6,77 2471 per annum
Middle rate: 14,09 5142 " "
Top rate: 18,58 6781 " "
Not sure if the RN have professional aviator for crewman but in the RAF you can goto level 20 as MACR which is upto 56,486
Hope this helps

Be carefull what you wish for, you might just get it !!!!
Ask yourself why so many are leaving.
Compare Rank structure to the RAF.
Compare Terms of Service.
Concider the opportunities available to 'broaden your horizons' away from Cornwall.
I can not and will not have a pop at the FAA but in terms of career aspirations both financial and job satisfaction you should be concidering a lighter shade of blue. Dare I say it, but an organisation that values the contribution of NCO Aircrew.
Thats done it.

Here's a link to the AFPRB 2007 where you'll find all of the current basic and additional rates of pay for the 3 services:
