Kevan Jones MP and Private Eye

Private Eye - always worth a read, discreetly tucked between the pages of the RAF News...soft, strong etc etc
I commend to you all the current issue No 1189, page 8 and an article concerning the MP for Durham North, Kevan Jones.
Apparently/allegedly, the Hon Member spends most of his time demanding to know, under the Freedom of Information, what top military brass claim on their expenses. Whilst ignoring that Jones himself claimed ₤144,246.
Go on, read the article, much funnier than me attempting to explain.
Air related thread? No, not really.

Also a recent PQ from the Tories revealed that it had cost the department roughly £50k to answer Keevan Jones questions. A trawl on arrse will show just how trivial some of them are - he is clearly fighting class war still.
