RN Hot air balloon

Can anyone PM any details on who operates the fairly newly acquired RN Hot air balloon? i believe them to be a serving 2 1/2, and as a serving wafu, and a qualified PPL (B) holder, I would like to offer my services.

I hope they take better care of it than the one the 'Airy Arm Corps had in '88.
