Yep, still got one.

Every time I see it, it reminds me of the thoroughly unpleasant man who commanded the Sqn.

Still have 2 bottles of 206 Sqn Whiskey in the back of a cupboard in the kitchen. Not from the 75th though, it's from the batch that N cubed had bottled a couple of years before the disbandment.

I have a bottle and a half left - not bad for a blend!

Oh, and thunderbird7, it was 924 Sqn, as seen on the Sqn auth sheets folder in flight planning at the time

I believe there are still some shot glasses left , or was that debt written off with the demise of the mighty squid.

Anyone remember which distillery it came from? I think it was one of the Speyside ones.

Never did make it to the end of the whiskey trail in one piece, despite several attempts!!!!

Better than having a section of the Football League named after 'us lot',
3rd Division South!

Push&Start

Have vague memories that it was a blend provided by the father of one of the pilots who worked for a large distillers.

I recall that the whisky came from Gordon & McPhail, as did the Fincastle blends.

You design the label with them and they bottle it, label it, mark it up and pass it on to the discerning consumer.
