Most people here on Pprune these days won’t even remember the Vulcan Bomber let alone watch a programme on a “Friday night” about it.

Sorry – bit cynical there.

However, I will watch it and remember the days as a kid when the wingtips of this awesome aircraft nearly took our chimneys off after take off.

Thanks for that.

I thought it was quite good. They had interviews with some of the key players from 558's team, they also got Rowland White, Martin Withers and some other former Vulcan crew members involved.

All of this was coupled with some good footage and quite good commentary. I did feel that the computer generated bits weren't anything special though.

Worth a watch I'd say!
