When I went through Biggin the first time (flying scholarship) the nurse took my Buttock to Knee measurement in the funny measuring seat thing, frowned and then asked me to push as hard as I could into the seat....she measured again and said I was now just inside the limit....when I went back for Aircrew selection I made sure I sat 'correctly' in the first place...
