I know it's big, but do they really have to call it a "Fuselarge"?

I think that the User Requirement Document for the MR4 was a little bit loose?

I think the Air Force should buy it, send it up to ISK, and use it for trips to the nearest Iceland store, to stock up on pie's and frozen meals for all. total morale booster. The only downside would be that the Hon. Mr Ingram, would suddenly announce another serviceable Nimrod airframe for frontline use.
Although, being serious, if I had the money to buy it, I'd love it!

Just out of interest - This was converted from a civilian Comet by 71 MU RAF Bicester in 1973/1974. The added frames in the fuselage and nose are made of wood. It was used by the recruiters.

Was this the one used on town shows? If so there is a back end to it some where. Spent many a happy hour on Town shows from Fin/Cranditz! Different world then though!
