These look like ex-Finningley nav training school aircraft (not many MK5 with tip tanks); in which case I've possibly got a few hours in them.

Yep, checked the pictures. One looks like XW311, in my logbook from the Finningley LLADTS from the 1980s. Another might just be XW405, also flew that one.

Shame to see them in that state

On the photo the JP is parked outside a HAS type structure. Where at Exeter is there a HAS?

GF- the a/c is now in bits, the listing says. My guess is that he took the pic before he bought it, and has since transported it to Exeter.

Looks like a normal L type hangar to me. certainly not a HAS.
