The Future RAF?

Tamil Tigers demonstrate effective use of air power, on target with devasting results. And yes, without Lean, value stream analysis, overarching principles, etc etc..and all the other "management speak" that seem to clog the RAF's ever shrinking arteries.
Is there now a time to take a leaf out of the Tiger's book, and go back to more simplistic ways of meeting our targets?

Three air force personnel dead and sixteen injured according to the BBC. No so funny if you were in Colombo.

Single engine prop, tricycle undercarriage, sliding bubble canopy ... two very cheeky crew. Okay, so what on earth is it?
(and apologies for being an interloper on a military thread)

Bet you lads just can't wait to be issued with blue DPM rig.
Engaging serious head; top marks for preparation, planning and execution but very sad, nonetheless. Condolences to those left behind and RIP those lost.
I look forward to revisiting Sri Lanka some day.
