F-14 TOMCATS seized from Chino Museums
Federal Agents seized 4 F-14's, 2 from Planes of Fame, 1 from Yanks Air Museum all at Chino Airport, and a fourth F-14 seized in Victorville, which was acquired by the producers of the TV show "JAG" and registered to a El Mirage aviation company.
There is a front page news story and accompying video today, just Google LA Times (March 07/07). I've no idea how to attach the info here, so it would be appreciated if someone can post it below. Thanx

Yeah, and the strange thing is, I went out there with a work mate last weekend, and as we looked around them, I was telling him the story of how all the spares had been sold off and then had to be confiscated/reacquired, when it was found the buyers were going to sell/ship them to Iran.
Surprised they bothered with the one at the Planes of Fame though, it's in terrible shape.
