Formation of 47th SOS

Have just heard about the formation of the 47th SOS at Lyneham to include for the first time ever a mixed J & K Squadron. With such animated animosity seen elsewhere on this forum, is this such a good idea?????
Is it even going to happen???? All crews must be VOLUNTEERS.... Who's going to volunteer for all the crap the black hand gang don't want to do.........
What happens if they don't get volunteers????
On a personal note does the VOLUNTEER element include GE's ?

Plenty of high calibre forward thinking volunteers from this side as the inevitable seems to be on the horizon
