I last spoke to Mike about a year ago (on the number quoted above) and he had been ill for quite a while. Any news would be much appreciated.

Not meaning to fan any flames......but
does anyone consider that MS 'mis-sold' them a policy?
Personally, I don't as we were all doomed to a min of 5 yrs living in the mess through trg so his theory of paying off 5 yrs of mortgage whilst serving at her majesty's pleasure was sound.
Nice guy...even if my FP policy is worth naff all...

M S is the guy who "sorted out" the finances and insurance for a generation of aspiring aviators way back when. He always gave best advice, took the care and the time to do it right and was genuinely on our side, both then and now.
MS the "wind your neck in!" could possibly be rephrased as - why not ask why so many people are interested in him, before you go off on one. This is a forum that does not have to make sense to you every time ace.
And yes you pi**ed me off too with you ignorant post, I am just feeling a little fluffy today
Don't start - I can't even spell ISSC.

No, but I was mis-sold other policies by John(?) Stirling, an ex-Puma mate. PM me if you think you might have been.
