ops manager need advice

hi there everyone. I was wondering if any one of you nice chaps on here could give me a bit of career advice towards joining the RAF, Navy or army air corp.

I left schhol @ 16 and went straight into working for a helicopeter company and have been promoted a number of times and am now the ops manager. im only 23 and always thought would get flying the commercial way. big mistske

I am now deeply regreting it and wish i had gone to do my A-levels (degree) and apply to either of above for flying job or back seat.

is it to late for me or is there some way that I can mayby still get in and study whilst inside. etc am prepared to do whatever it takes and not scared of hard work.

any info would be greatly appreiciated
