Failing Aviator Video
Recently saw a video titled "The Failing Aviator" during some FS training.
Though it was quite interesting - It was a camcorder film of a USAF guy talking about psycology of aircrew and how their psycologies affect their personal lives that then affect performance at work, given at the AF college in the US.
Unfortnately the copy was well worn, I'm looking for another copy - My other half NEEDS to see it.
Anyone got one out there?

I saw it recently too and was likewise impressed. Unfortunately the copy I saw was also well worn. However, if that's all you can find, then give me a PM and I'll put you in touch with the chap whose it is.

I'd also like a copy if anyone knows where to get hold of one - it's a fantastic presentation that any military fliers will relate to! 
Is it possible to transfer to DVD to stop the quality getting any poorer?
The DASC one I saw a few years back was v well used and suffering because of it.
