There does seem to yet be some important ifs and buts for FSTA. The material problems may be close to solving but the financial side is not wrapped up. It is not just Government money to be found, the City has to come up with a fair bit of cash as well.

Whatever the outcome the 2011 date for first frame must seem a long way off for the Vickers Funbus and the Trimotor.
