I assume this is Bradford?

And it's actually a loudhailer - Grandpa is Best Boy Grip of the Sound Team. Retires next year.

Can anyone tell me what Best Boy does on a film set?

There's Grippers and Grappers as well, but that's fairly A level.

I agree but with current policy he would have to go for counceling, then rehab...before you know it he has spent 10 years in teh forces and never passed it !!!!..LOL
