fish WSO(Crewman)Requirements

Gents, was having a peek at the RAF's site and note that there's an "urgent requirement" for what was known in old money as Air Loadmasters. A good friend has recently turned 30, left the RN, and is very interested in applying. He was commissioned in the RN, what say you on how this would be viewed? PM for credentials if required.

If he's got the necessary qs there should not be a problem. However, youir friend should remember that as the branch is now WSOp there is no guarantee that he will end up as a "Loadmaster", it may be that he is more suitable for the AEOp (in old money) side of the branch.
My advice is to go for it, there's nothing to lose.
