Army Flying club

Hallo all

can anyone furnish me with contact details for the Army flying club.
I know it is based at Middle Wallop but I can't seem to find any other information as there is nothing on the mod.org website and my unit are not very forthcoming.

Any info would be very much appreciated.

H.

Here you go.

Its a small flying club but the people in it seem quite enthusiastic if a little Heath Robinson in their approach.

Sorry, it was too tempting.

Have you done a search on here? I'm sure someone asked the same question a while back.

It says something that the second link on the left hand side of the AAC page is for the AAC Band, it comes before anything to do with aircraft!

I think you will find that their aircraft used to be powered/launched by bands made of rubber. They like to keep a few even now, just in case....

Google Army Flying Assoc. - some hits there that may help.

hemac,
The details of the Army Flying Association are here:
http://www.afa.flyer.co.uk/
It has all the contact details and any other info that you need.
They are a great club, and reasonably cheap hire rates.
