Have any of Uncle Sam's finest C5 drivers got anything to confess?

Rather than look to ridicule anyone for error, can I suggest that if there has been an occurrence, in which we all could learn a lesson from, that an anonymous (if required) post may benefit us all ? Or at least the C5 community.

However, we could just take the piss instead................
