Latest Changes to the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme

For those who like to keep abreast of the changes, Statutory Instrument No1438 of 2006 was published on the Office of Public Sector Information website today. It makes changes to the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme, which applies regardless of which Pension Scheme you belong to. I recommmend going to the end and reading the explanatory notes first, rather than launching straight into the legalese:
