On Combat This just came up on my Amazon recommended list because I have his other book, "On Killing".
A few years ago I would not have thought it worthwhile passing on the recommendation to anyone here. Sadly, now, I do. Well worth reading. On Killing, is more about how armed forces teach people to kill, also worth a read if you are interested in such things.
