For those away, you can delegate someone who is going to be around whilst you are away to access Outlook. In O2K it's under Tools/Options/Delegate tab. This allows your bezzy oppo access to your inbox whilst logged on to his account. No more swapping of usernames and passwords! You can also allow access to contacts, calendar etc.
Delegate allows them to scan your garbage email and delete A/R. It also means your account should not be closed, so you will not miss that 'important' email!

Why should someone else have to spend time deleting my emails when most are crap and should be time expired or not sent at all.,
after all do we all need to know about the theatre club agm?
But I do find it funny when some idiot leaves his/her pc on unattended, and his best oppo send emails to everyone in the world, admiting he is a **** or some other confession.
