Dincome Fund
So,
I pay into the Dincome fund each month so that I get enhanced death in service benefits. Should I continue to do so or do I now get enhanced Death in Service anyway?? I am still on the old pension scheme. Confuses me!!

DINCOME and the AFPS are two completely separate things. AFPS is run by the MOD and gives you your pension, death in service benefits etc - and it is non-contributory. DINCOME is un by the RAFBF and for a small sum of money per month you buy units in the DINCOME Trust. Then, if you die in service, DINCOME will provide some small annual income to your family. DINCOME is effectively a form of insurance. Personally, I have DINCOME but if you want advice, see an IFA.
