RAFGSA Film - Dual

Dipping in to Military Aircrew from my usual haunt in Private Flying and seeing the thread on the Amarillo spoof reminded me of a spoof video called Dual which was produced by the RAFGSA when I was a civilian member back in the mid 1980's. It was a spoof of a GSA recruiting film called Solo. Does anybody know where there is a copy as I would love to see it again.

Thanks

A fantastic film indeed! A spoof of the real film the GSA called Solo I believe!

There were a couple of the folks at Bicester had a video with both on, sadly no longer anywhere to be seen!

Off to Halton at the weekend..... will do some diggin there!

It was made at Fenland GC at Marham in about 1982 by a chap called Pete Burns who subsequently went into film production when he left the RAF. I know this 'cos I'm in it!

I might be able to locate my copy, but as most of my stuff is on a slow boat to China, it will take a few months.

Excellent,

If you do manage to locate it, I would love a copy and could put it onto DVD for those interested!

Soory, mine is lost. But I do know the producer, a chap called Pete Burns. I will e-mail him as I suspect he has a copy.
