Age limit?!?!?

HI,
Would anyone be able to tell me what the REAL upper age limit is for the FAA. I always thought it was 26 but I hear it has been lowered. Also, is this going to happen to the army air corps? At 23 (almost 24) I think I may be pushing it.

This:

"Sagey, I thought you must have got into the FAA years ago! (I spotted some of our posts a while back). The age limit on entry to BRNC is currently 26 for new inquiries made before the beginning of April. [2005] Thereafter, it drops down to 24, in line with the RAF. Do it now! Do it now! (I know it doesn't make sense, but please, guys, don't make me argue my case. I'm just telling it how it is, and it you don't want to believe it, then don't read it)."
