Hawker Hunters...
Does anyone have any experience of Hawker Hunters, mainly the removal of the wings and load it onto a trailer to transport the aircraft by road?

Also if anyone has any history of the aircraft would be appreciated as I would like to get it resprayed in a scheme relevant to the airframe. Also produce a history guide to it aswell.

Ecce Homo! Loquitur...
WT680 - First flight 06/10/54, delivery date 10/11/54, transferred to maintenance duties (serial numer 7533M) 22/11/57.
Ended up as the gate guard at DTEO Aberporth and was maintained by 1429 (Cardigan) Squadron ATC. The aircraft is, apparently, not in good internal condition, external appearance notwithstanding.

I do not have any experiance in what you are after ( ie more Mech stuff than pilot knowledge) But having worked with these chaps below I would think they could help.

We thought having ADF as well as Eureka was pretty gucci in the Mk9!
A shame that, when they put TACAN into the GT6, they didn't also include that wonderful offset box which made life so easy for struggling Gnat studes!

Its a pleasure Hirsute,
I think its just so cool when we train with these chaps flying against classic aircraft ect and the fact there flown as they should be not collecting dust on the ground.
There is another company which comes by using an F86.
