Spanish Air Force F-1 Accident

A Spanish Air Force Mirage F-1 crashed yesterday near Albacete Air Force Base. The pilot sadly died after the ejection, he was a 29 years old captain. The aircraft was a part of the 14th Wing. 20 Mirage F-1 fighter-bombers have been lost in the last twenty years.

May all the family and friends receive all our support.

I hope the Spanish Air Force realizes that there have been too many accidents lately. It's time to think about it. 5 fatal accidents in 2003 and the 2004 first one is already here.
Spanish government should realize that that something has got to be done or we will have more accidents and more dead young pilots.
