No better place to find out about Fatigue than Kinloss, lots of tired souls up there.

On a serious note though, try contacting any military EP&R team, they have some very clever bunnies doing all sorts of tricky number crunching around Flying Hours.

RCOV,
Most, if not all, fatigue formulae are 'owned' by the aircraft manufacturers. Some are very reluctant to part with them.

In the latter stages of my career I was quite deeply involved with the Tornado fatigue formula and its implementation on SEMA (with your 'name' you must remember SEMA?).

A good source of information used to be FDF at Wyton but I am not sure if they still exist!

If I can be of further use to you, please let me know!

RCOV,

Not sure how helpful this reply is, but in the 70s an AP was published titled "Aircraft Fatigue" which had a non-Restricted classification. Groundcrew were issued with a personal copy each, from what I remember. I later saw it in a branch of H.M.S.O.

It wasn't the most comprehensive tome, but did have some useful information in it.

You could try ICAO annex 13 last time I looked there were some details on fatigue in there.
How about ringing AAIB at Farnborough and speeaking to one of the engineering inspectors.
