Agreed...or was it because the Puma had become disorientated and lost sight of the HLS at Woolwich??
I chuckled as I passed the Red Devils 12+ miles en route in their jump suits and berets.
If there is a marathon to do,then it is this one as I thought the organisation was excellent and the admin worked well.

only boys i saw in jump suits were running with jump helmets on! madness if you ask me then again they do jump out of servicable aircraft so gotta be slightly mad.
well impressed with the para tho with a 45lb pack on.

The Reds were going to jump from the Puma over the start area 15 min before the gun. They dropped streamers but cloud base was well low; had to make do sticking a leg out and letting off an ankle smoke cannister.
