Talking aircraft to fly

I was just wondering what the best aircraft was to fly anywhere or anytime in the world and why. Handling, speed or just damn good

Depends wocha wanna do with it really.......

Fast things with twin tails certainly look cool and (generally) perform well.

And of course the paint job is a vital ingredient too.

Absolutely right, if want a very small bomb dropped a very small distance away, then the Harrier is top

Fidae be fair,

Up to 5 small bombs dropped reasonably close by. Or 2 really quite big bombs (PW III) dropped with amazing precision at a reasonable distance which can be easily extended by a trip to the bowser.

Heaven help anyone who suggests such things could take off from a carrier in anything warmer than a normal English summer though!

Best aircraft to fly - visit the F4 thread there is simply no competition - nostalgia ain't what it used to be

Editted for pinkware problem.

If you want a challenge choose something old. If you choose to fly by wire it will be without character or challenge.
