Flt-Lt Scott Morley, 30, of Leicester, received the Distinguished Flying Cross for his for his "resolute determination" in flying 17 operational missions in the face of aggressive enemy fire.

In addition the following awards are announced for gallant and distinguished services in Iraq:
1 x OBE, 6 x MC, 2 x Bar to DFC, 1 x DFC and 1 x QGM
No names or photos supplied.
One of our Albert chappies popped to the palace for a Sierra Leone DFC but never got to hear his citation. Can't remember if it was Prince Charles or the individual concerned who wasn't security vetted to read it out/hear it!
