As a UAS stude you should have access to a UK Low Flying Chart; it comes in 2 bits, North and South and has general flow arrows on it. You may very well have a copy on your UAS HQ wall and use it as a NOTAM board?
For more specific information the UK MIL AIP (the annoying blue book that comes in 4? volumes and slips easily off shelves) has more details LFA by LFA, but it's NATO Restricted (or was).

nickyg,
From your profile you should be able to get something mil, but the AIP (civil - www.ais.org.uk) also has a pdf chart of AIAA, ATA and LFS - look in the ENR area...
(FOMere... snap on the profile check!)

There are no UK low flying 'routes' as such. Theoretically, the entire UK is open to military low flying. In practice, however, for flight safety, public safety and environmental reasons, low flying is not permitted in the vicinity of certain specified sites and conurbations. Windfarms are generally marked on the low flying charts and listed in the UK Mil AIP (still NATO Restricted), as warnings, so that aircrew know where they are and don't bump into them.
You can find a pretty detailed explanation of the UKLFS at http://www.mod.uk/issues/lowflying
