Still have WMD deployable within 45 minutes?

If we had 10 years to destroy every last chemical reactor and drum of chemicals that could possibly be used for this purpose the country would be ruined and we could'nt possibly comply.

WMD was always a smokescreen, rapidly dwindling oil stocks are the key.

Yes we may get cheaper oil or whatever, but we have removed one of the most evil dictators from power, which in my opinion, makes the war justified.

WMD's destruction was always a pipe dream. You can destroy the chemical plants, capture data and all that but how in hell do you get rid of all knowledge the chemists, the technicans who worked at the plants and the soldiers who deployed them. You cant do it Its in there brains as information is all that is needed to start the process again.

And the knowledge isn't difficult. I was once told by a serious boffin lecturer that the minimum requirements for manufacture of WMD were as follows:

Nuke: An excellent university physics department

Chemical: An above average university student

Bio: An average kitchen in a student house
