So...who is spending summer in Goose Bay this year?

Am going to Goose soon to work the Serco ATC contract and was wondering if any proooooners here from HM's RAF, the Luftwaffe or the Aeronautica Militare know that they will be there for the summer and was wondering if any of you esteemed gentlemen and ladies know of good venues/schedules for ale, vino, chat, laughs and the such*(?). If not lets organise a kick off session!

*fishing and barbecues included

Start with a few 'pink polarbears' at the 'Bulldog Club', then jump in a cab (taxi) and go 'down town' to Happy Valley via the many nameless bars inhabited by the local first nation beauties Until you get to the main nitespot..which I can never remember the name of...(is a sort of pool hall/bar/dancefloor frequented by big 'tached German F4 types, PatV and the local flora) Once you have had your fill of the 'action' you can either go to one of the local pizza places or get your cab driver to drop you off at Timmy Hortens (halfway back to Goose, opposite the hospital ) for a few dohnuts and a coffee. Sorry for the lack of names, p'hapse someone that wasn't too lagged can fill in the gaps?

That's the only Night out!!!

Ok call me old fashioned, but I tend to miss out Timmy H's and drag my hide into bed, thats if you can eject the local family who have moved into your room because you left the ground floor window open......
