I have attempted it (although recently been hired at another middle east carrier) and can confirm the above:
1) Personality Traits Motivation, 6 minutes. 2) Technical ATPL Knowledge 3 minutes. 3) English Speaking Assessment, 6 minutes It was very similar to what you can find on pilotassessments.com Two questions are asking regarding your motivation and the 5 ATPL questions were very basic in my case. The last activity is one personal question that is used to check your English speaking. You can record the interview questions two times before submitting your video. Good luck all! |
Good morning Any info on the 15 mins assessment

15min assessment FO/787
Already did the assessment for the FO position but I’m not sure wether they are going to get back to me or not, depending on the result.
If anyone did receive an email notification for the next step after doing the 15 min assessment, I would appreciate if they could reach out and tell me, so I’m not concerned if I passed or failed the assessment lol |
Stupid question but the 7 day email found me
on annual leave with only casual tshirts🤣 Do you think the AI bot will notice that? Do you think appearance is important on the 15 minute assessment? many thanks and safe flights! |
Can you share the questions of your assessment.
I am also on leave without laptop and I have messaged them to postpone. But they have replied that they cannot postpone and its preferable to have laptop as it require some writing test. It looks like a auto reply from the Third party who is conducting this test.

Lot´s of people getting the email apparently. I asked a friend living in Riyadh for the last 4,5 years how it was compared to Dubai. Apparently a lot more expensive. A 4 bedroom appt is 375000 RAL/y and a good british school about 100k, a normal one 70k. There is less choice and more expensive cars. Food etc is more expensive. So question is, is it worth the move from Dubai?

I don’t expect much tbh. It was very awkward having the camera rolling without me being ready and im not that great talking to myself. Lets see |

!Done! Here are the questions:
1. What motivates you? (Motivation) 2. ATP - 3 questions. 3. Apart from being a pilot, how would you describe yourself? Good luck, everyone! |
15 minutes test
Me and my colleague just completed the 15 minutes online test.
while the process is very straightforward, there’s zero human interaction and the test goes way too fast, there’s a timer for every single step that doesn’t stop, just two minutes approximately for the 5 ATPL questions, quite simple ones, altimeter readings, meteorology, jet engine question. It all start with a video recording of yourself, just 6 minutes per take, only 2 takes and if you don’t decide which one to chose the system decides for you unfortunately, first video question is about why you chose Riyadh Air, then ATPL questions (5), then describe yourself video, probably to assess your English as well. All happens too fast in my point of view, if it was my Airline I wouldn’t fail real professional pilots because of this, absolutely, I would assess them one by one face to face with professional assessors, even if the number of candidates is huge, hopefully it’s just a gross screening with a real panel interview followed by simulator, let’s see, good luck, just relax be yourself and don’t cheat because you’re monitored with the camera. |
