So if Emirates claim a US$1.9 billion profit, what is the "!!!!" they need to get out of, or what hole are they dug into?
Seems a disconnect between disgruntled staff and a massively profitable business? Most of it is from low oil prices. While low oil prices help Emirates(airline) it hurts Emirates(empire). High attrition of core talent, over capacity, low yields on premium cabins, taking away passenger perks, nickle and dime passenger amenities... none of these are signs of well run massively profitable airline. You cannot have a successful airline by abusing employees, dumping capacity on competitors, filling premium cabins with op-ups forever. Revenue, human talent, capacity, network and yield managements are real skills. PR firms cannot help with those skills, all they can do is :D:D:D:D:D |
