K.C a head of TRTO did a nice class but he can not control upper management odering TRE what to do on SIM lpc/opc.
Scardinian low moral TRE is doing all dirty work and no one is there to stop him but all TRE are in same team with him and majority are shame to be there .

While K.C doing class for TRE there was a Qatari TRE on class telling how he did not want to be on class that day but he refused to fail a Capt ordered from CEO and then they change his roster send S.D to do dirty work and he was send for class .
At night there is a group of TRE at shisha in Salva road place and Qatari TRE tells them again " i was asked to fail Capt on LPC and i refused".
What is use of all this TRTO class and all CRM and wll JAR/OPS things when CEO can send S.D to fail who he wants ?

Oooh you have no idea... Inspite of being Indian (we are supposed to be good at working under deplorable conditions) and not being financially sound, I ended up telling the management to stick it where the sun doesnt shine!
If you dont know how to kiss ass and dont have a "mentor", you will be screwed for just being good at your work.. (lot of "chair protecting" managers, who get threatened easily)
I know it doesnt make sense, but honestly IMHO all these posts are like water over a ducks back for prospective employees, until they come here & see it for themselves...

I guess it all depends on perspective. I have a few friends over there and the assesment they give me is not even remotely close to what I hear on this forum.

If my goal is to just be a "line pilot", not a manager or anything else, how would I be a threat to a manager. Show up to work, do my job well, collect a paycheck, and go home. If you are not trying to rock the boat or climb the corporate ladder what is the threat?

Well thats what i thought too.. in fact for almost 2 yrs I was happily oblivious.
Then again as I said earlier, unless you go through it, its very hard to believe.. I know coz I waltzed in thinking the same too.. BTW I'm ex flt ops not a pilot, but know of many cases involving crew which may sound absolutely fictitious..

See you have to have some understanding for a poor Italian .
He has an mentor and he is Scottish JAR expert .
Scottish mentor is so smart he never go and report people he send Italian to do it ( remember when S.D reported 2 Algerian Capt during his PAXing in jump seat to DXB ) he was told by Scottish man to do it . After S.D was removed from CT A320 he went to complain to CEO also instructed by Scottish guy.
Now you understand why TRTO will not do anything about S.D head cutting LPCs .
In the same time Italian was having partnership in DXB in security business company but he was kicked out when they discovered his low moral side .
