Your salary you get in Dubai is yours. If you have to pay taxes on that back home the that’s your issue to sort out.
Time to command depends on upgrade requirements etc, but normally it was around 2 to 2 1/2years minimum if you got the sim marks you needed and time on type. Expect longer than that now because of the backlog of upgrades waiting and if you join as FO, there will be 3-400 ahead of you in the seniority list (not all of them want to be upgraded though). Company requirement is 4000hrs total time, 2000 on type and 1000 on company aircraft. Also it says 24 months since date of initial line check now. |

Any NTR FO had interviews or offered positions?
I know a few TR people going for interviews in Dubai next month and seen a few starting according to LinkedIn. All seem to be TR at present. |
