People leave and come back for all sorts of reasons but I wonder how many go to get their hands on the provident fund because they need the money for whatever reason, then come back because they didn't really want to leave (or had nowhere to go) in the first place?

Not sure about under performing funds since you have a wide selection of options. A large majority needed the cash to give half away only to return to the Pit! |

If you type in Emirates and British Airways into LinkedIn you can see how many have gone from one to the other. I counted 6 from BA to EK. 3 EK to BA. Going from ba **mainline** to ek... only flew with one line guy on Boeing fleet who made that move and he was happy. |
