Puff, I don't think they are that many pilots on this month off/month on deal if any at all.
Do you actually know anyone on that deal? I know of one person that "qualified" for it but whether he ended up getting it or not is a different matter.
Could someone from down the road confirm please as this would be a massive selling point for the recruitment team.

Not anymore. The pilot workforce was reduced by 150. It was used as tool to reduce the headcount. The attrition rate is now well above 7%. Make of that what you will.....
