It's actually linked to the company wide 'performance matters' system.

A ground manager can award zippo to 5% to recognize individual performance. No increase equates to bad job but as we were all lauded for 'going the extra mile' we should have received the step.👍

Agree, going the extra mile is something from the past.

Its time for 'them' to go the extra mile keeping guys in the company.
