Had a agent call me yesterday about this one from PARC.Told him I had already been contacted by the airline but he said they were going to recruit for them.He verified there will be no rotation. We both agreed that's going to be tough out of Saudi. He said he warned them on this item but they want to run it like Qatar. They need to understand no rotation in Qatar is one thing,Saudi is a different situation all together.....I wish them luck

The other issue is that the money isn't really that good. (Circa 100K UK)

Money

The pay package will be pretty much exactly the same as the Qatar one including the housing allowance.

Is Jeddah cheaper than Doha? How is the fly nas contract in relation to the current QR contract?

Intruder One 5th Jul 2014 15:58

At least Flynas has some rotation so you can get out of Saudi once in awhile.....every month or two I think

Contract

Anyone signed the contract for Al Maha yet or get start dates?

airborneksa 6th Jul 2014 08:19

No contracta because No one is Interested:O

Cair117 6th Jul 2014 10:36

Currently FlyNas has a Full time, 20/10 schedule and also a 6/3 schedule grandfathered to pilots already are on it... 6/3 is currently not offered.. but with people quitting... This may change

INTERVIEW 23RD JULY IN DOHA

I received my flight tickets from Paris to Doha to attend to the interview on 23rd of july in Doha. It is for a cabin crew position. They also provide us the hotel ect.. I can't wait to know all the conditions, i hope it will be interesting enough. Anyone is going to attend to this interview?

Leboeuf 16th Jul 2014 06:43

Gaca license it's an advantage because it takes around 3 months of training if u pass it at the first try.
I got a phone call from an agency, and they comfirmed is NON communting contract because they want to keep the same profile as Qr.

jack s 16th Jul 2014 09:45

M.B. is running the show...ask anyone at Cebu on the mess he created there..cabin crew were not safety trained.:=:=

Contrary to what you may read, Al Maha are in fact looking to provide a commuting roster as part of their contracts, details not yet finalised. But there is a recognition that for Saudi commuting rosters need to be part of the package for flight crew. Once I have more details on that I'll post them up here.

Al Maha

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum. I am here because I have been interviewed for a Supply Chain managerial position for Al Maha Airways. I have read the previous posts and would like to know more, specifically regarding salary, allowances. I have no Idea how it works in the Middle east and before I am asked my expectation I would like to know whats generally on offer. I dont know when QA offers so I cant really ask will it be more or less than QA.. so any info will be appreciated.

Secondly if any one can comment on the strategic significance of Al Maha? How promising it is expected to be?

Looking forward to hearing from you all

If and when I do go I will post the details. It would be nice to know the details beforehand but if not its a free interview so I will go take a look

Non Type Rated 320 F/O

Hi,

If anyone could shed light on the possibility of Al Maha Airways coming up an Ad for Non Type Rated 320 First Officers?

Regards.

mutt 14th Sep 2014 04:39

Non Type Rated 320 First Officers?
Do you mean non-type rated with hours or without hours?
I would imagine that if they are planning to take people with low hours, they will have to take Saudi Nationals first, otherwise they will have problems getting the required visas.

sumair 14th Sep 2014 06:59

Do you mean non-type rated with hours or without hours?

Hi Mutt,

I mean non type rated First Officers with prior experience, but no 320 rating. For example something like 1500 Total Time, 1000 multi jet time, Atpl/ Atpl frozen etc.

Do you think they might come up with a recruitment for NTR FO's? I am assuming they may not get enough applicants for Al Maha. Just my guess.

Intruder One 19th Sep 2014 13:18

Nothing...........ok how about terms......anything??? Someone must have interviewed there by now.
