Next Years Pay Rise

A leak from above says next year all pilots shall go onto the 7 year payscale and if they have completed 7 years with the company 10 year pay scale.
There will be no O/time payments and yearly hours to increase to 1000.
The F/Os can leave as they please as we need Captains , we make our own F/Os and do not need them.
"What right do they have complaining when they are only F/Os".
Some Direct entry crews may be offered bases on rolling 3 year contracts with more salary depending on the country of residence.
Leave is expected to reduce to 5 weeks instead of 6.
No more than 5 days off in a row maximum, we arent paying those o/paid lumps to sit at home.
So there you go another payrise or is it..............

I would prefer to take the leave that is owed to me

I have just over 50 days leave owing and can not book any leave until middle of November as the next 9 months is a sea of red ...........

Have to be more than a few months jump in salary to get my attention ....

Still wont be working any more overtime

Not enough Crew = not enough leave to offer + 13 acft deliveries in 12 months = DEC's

Crew reaching 900hrs + scheduling removing flying to cope = more open filght to cover by crew control = not enough crew = DEC's

Crew not flying on days off to cover the shortfall = excellerated recruitment = DEC's

Not getting what I bid for = getting FM to change roster = more open flights = crew not willing to fly on days off to cover = not enough crew = DEC's

Convinced FM to give Emergency leave = no crew to cover flight = shorage of crew = DEC's

Whatever way you look at it, too much work + not enough crew to cover the work + new scft deliveries = tired crew & DEC's:hmm:

There are precious few things mentioned in the contract that i signed, but one of the things that is, is 42 days leave per year. So i doubt that the 5 weeks is likely.
