How would you rate your recent SIM experience?

Hey, Gents I am trying to find out from different sources either EK, GF, QR, KU, SD in general who has the most and least positive or negative sim-ride practice in the Middle East?

Also..........

I am presently with QR where we quite often go through changes in SOP's Briefing and tons of bulletines and paper work.

I am just wondering if everybody in the region is going through the same practices?

What do you think about the long briefings and the extra paper work?? Shouldn't we implement an LPC ( less paper cockpit) and SBS? (short briefing scenerios)

Most of my colleagues from different airlines in other parts of the world; seem to think that what we are doing to much talking and extra PW. (paper work) Is this safer?

Were you harrased by you TRE?
What kind of profiles and system failures did you experienced?
How would you rate your TRE knowledge and your self?
