Hi Guys/Gals
Whats the deal with QatarAirways? I have gone through a few posts, from back in the days. I am new to this place so I am reading up as much as I can. Anyways, not many nice things out there about this airline. So whats wrong with that AAB? He's a control freak etc etc. So why hasn't anyone put him in his place? and whats with Poaching? that was funny too.
See where I come from, or where I work...if I chose to go to work for a competitor in the market, my workplace pays me for leaving. Ok might sound odd, but its true. You have this exiting interview with HR and if you tell them they you are joining the opponents then they give you some extra cash. But ofcourse all companies have their policies etc.
What bedazzles or frazzles me is that being an international airline, they treat their employees like little kids in Kindergarten. And with a 100% turnover rate for Cabin Crew and 4 pilots leaving each month, how long can an airline sustain itself in the tight market.
And I hope to not have offended any QR employees.
