Red face Emirates online application, help?

For a native English speaking person this might be a very stupid question but I have to ask.

In the EK online application form they ask you for achievements. Now I was wondering how I should interprete this. What I have achieved in the past? Qualifications?
Also they ask for professional membership? Do they mean a union or something?

When applying in my area of the world these questions are not asked as fas as I know so if somebody could help that would be great.

Try to list your achievements especially if they are aviation related, ie; Instructor experience, Flight Ops management positions or CRM experience and obviously things like degrees etc. If they suggest, Chinny, that you meet the minimum requirements, however, others have a lot more experience and qualifications, then that is exactly what they mean. Keep updating and eventually you will be looked at.

Don't know if this is the right place, but...

I have an interview for a ground instructional job with Emirates in the near future and one part of the selection procedure is a "short technical test".

Has anyone out there had experience of this and could you give me a heads up as to what it may involve?

Thanks
