Could you please comment on current hiring situation, Pay, Rotation, if they hire direct entry Capt's??

yes they do hire direct entry metro captains if you have a type rating and time on metro III's or II's. Pay is good, in US dollars.
Roster is not very nice. Don't know if they are short at present but they probably will be shortly.
