new ATC's
does anybody know if there are new ATCs in Dubai that went over from Namibia?

Not to the best of my knowledge - most new ATCOs are currently Danish or Kiwi with the odd Brit thrown in for good measure.

Fujairah is on the east coast of the UAE, about 100km from Dubai.
