Does anyone know if Emirates hires directly into the Captain's seat? Cheers

They certainly do. The only catch is that the only people that they hire into that seat must have been sitting in the right seat of an Emirates aircraft for around 3 years. The good news is that they will take anyone into the non captains seat.
