Check the wannabes on the side menu, I think there is something about the EK interview/recruitment process there.

ek interview

Read some basic theoretic stuff on performance and meteorology. Read about the company and the country on their website. The theoretic test is only about 30 questions with multi choice answers. The exercises they have for you can't be prepared anyway, nor can you prepare for the sim session. Be yourself and enjoy the three days. Try to have some fun in doing the exercises. It's no use getting all exited about it. Good luck.
